Rethinking the international?//Should socialists want to keep the state?  

Our DMNC model is not fully complete on the issue of the international, but that idea was itself murky in the second international period ending up in the preposterous and tragic betrayal in the endgame of stalinist neo-imperialism…

Our idea is that the state is not as yet going to wither away and that the near term needs a way to actually realize a state in a sane socialist democracy. And it can move toward an international regime of cooperation even as each ‘state’ revolutionizes economy in a way that is more or less self-sufficient…
