Alex Cockburn surpasses Chomsky in 9/11 idiocy…//The 9/11 Conspiracists and the Decline of the American Left

The false consensus over 9/11 engineered by various figures, not only Chomsky, such as Cockburn is part of the larger puzzle of the grossly unfair attacks on leftist who don’t conform to the fake left establishment of the Counterpunch crowd. I am a little baffled: to attack a writer such as David Ray Griffin on 9/11 shows a lack of sensible judgment and is a sign of being genuinely fooled or deluded rather than some cynical stance based on left conformity…

One trips over a fundamental idiocy of the 9/11 conspiracists in the first paragraph of the opening page of the book by one of their high priests, David Ray Griffin, The New Pearl Harbor. “In many respects,” Griffin writes, “the strongest evidence provided by critics of the official account involves the events of 9/11 itself In light of standard procedures for dealing with hijacked airplanes not one of these planes should have reached its target, let alone all three of them.”
